Well I'll start off! I'd be happy to take on a roommate (male or female) for all or part of the duration of borderlines. I'll be in Cork Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. If I can get a roommate I'll likely stay the Sunday night too. If there's anyone who would like to join me, even for just a few of the nights, that would be great!
If anyone is interested email me at e.osborne.1@research.gla.ac.uk and we can see what we can organise!

I'm planning to be in Cork Thurs/Fri/Sat as well, but can't stay through Sunday (answering here as well so all pertinent info is generally available.)

Spare room to rent
I live in Cork across from the River Lee Hotel on the Western Road, which is 2 minutes walking distance from the Gates of UCC. We (myself, my houseband who is a researcher in UCC and my 15 year old daughter) live in a house that was built in 1895, which we have renovated. We have a spare room that we could rent out to a delegate for 25 euros a night. The room is upstairs and faces our back garden and is next to a bathroom that can be for guest use only (since we have a second bathroom downstairs). We would not provide breakfast but our guest can use our kitchen, there is also a very nice little cafe just a few doors down the road that offers breakfast, snacks, lunches and dinners. Our garden is nice to sit out in when the weather is good. We do not have a television but internet access that we can share and a piano. We also have a little dog but he lives downstairs, doesn't shed, doesn't bark and loves people. I am an artist as well as a researcher, so the house is full of paintings, sculptures and ceramics and not everything is perfect and to the highset modern standard but full of character and best suited to someone who appreciates old house living. My email address is: crinklefilms@gmail.com
